Mr. Olney has practiced law for over thirty nine years. Since his admission to the California Bar in 1975, his practice has emphasized transactions, disputes and related issues involving estate planning, trust and probate, business and real estate. Mr. Olney’s expertise with estate planning, trust and probate matters, including special needs trusts, is a crucial component of the legal team at Frantz Law Group comprised to handle catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters.
He also handles complex business disputes, corporate, and real estate transactions.
Mr. Olney was born in 1950 in Berkeley, California. He is married, with children and grandchildren. He is a founding member of the United States Justice Foundation since its inception in 1979. He was a representative speaker at CPAC’s 2005 annual forum, Washington, D.C. Presentation: “Will the New Senate Confirm Good Judges.”
