Ms. Albence, an 18-year veteran in personal injury cases, has successfully handled a myriad of personal injury cases ranging from premises liability, product defects, and maritime cases to sexual harassment in the workplace. In fact, Ms. Albence won Consumer Attorney of the Year in 2022 for a sexual harassment in the workplace case that spanned over seven years to litigate in California Superior Court, California Court of Appeals and the California Supreme Court against a number of defendants including the perpetrator and the employer.
Her reputation spanned beyond just San Diego County where she currently resides as she handled multiple cases throughout the State of California including as far north as Sacramento and in Humboldt, California for a two-month trial, and as far west as Hawaii for catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases against entities, manufacturers, and the State of Hawaii.
Over her career, Ms. Albence has represented hundreds of individual injured plaintiff parties and successfully represented them in California State Courts, Federal Courts, and Court of Appeals in addition to Hawaii State Courts against entities, individuals and government agencies. True to form, currently at the Frantz Law Group, Ms. Albence also represents individuals and families with survivorship and wrongful death claims against entities, individuals and government agencies for catastrophic injuries that resulted from car collisions, product defects, premises liability, and workplace injuries. Ms. Albence is admitted to practice in all Superior Courts in the State of California, California Court of Appeals, multiple federal jurisdictions, and the courts in the State of Hawaii.
Ms. Albence is currently a member of Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and holds a board/seat position with the Civil Litigation Sector at the San Diego County Bar Association.
