William P. Harris III brings decades of litigation experience to Frantz Law Group, backed by a career that spans jury trials, appellate arguments, and complex disputes across California. Before joining the firm, Mr. Harris earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and went on to spend 26 years as an insurance defense attorney representing major carriers in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, professional negligence, and business litigation matters.
His work includes preparing and arguing cases before the California Court of Appeal, as well as serving as a Superior Court Arbitrator and Judge Pro Tem. This extensive background provides him with a unique understanding of how insurance companies evaluate and litigate cases — insight he now uses to advocate for injured clients and public entities.
